My friend and I--both 25 and with well paying jobs--drove 45 minutes to Biener Audi for me to test drive a TT and discuss prices. I suppose it's because we were wearing jeans and sneakers and not business suits, but when we got there, we were met with stares from the three or four of the sales advisers. I literally saw two of them look at me from top to bottom, as if questioning if I was serious for being there. When I told them I wanted to test drive a TT, they told me there were none available. Then they passed me off to Tony Renna. He too looked me and my friend over before inviting us to sit down in talk. Tony then explained that the TT on the showroom floor could not be taken out for a test drive--which I understood--and that the car would not be available until at least four days later for some reason. Now, if you are looking to sell a car, I'd expect you to at least make an effort to make the car available for a test drive, especially when the prospective buyer drove as far as we did just to see, drive, and discuss pricing on that very car. He then gave us a brochure and we went on our way. So yea, if you have a young face, be prepared to be ignored, no matter how much you're able and willing to spend or how prepared you are to make a dealer. More
Marc gave me the info I needed over the Net. His prices were lower than other Audi dealers, the car was ready as promised. I purchased this car in a matter of hours, he gave me more for my trade in than were lower than other Audi dealers, the car was ready as promised. HORRIBLE and humiliating experience!!such unprofessional behavior! The sales agent did his best to "convince" us NOT to get an Audi... He was patronizing was start to finish- instead of answering our ques behavior! The sales agent did his best to "convince" us NOT to get an Audi... He was patronizing was start to finish- instead of answering our questions he highlighted the Audi brochure and asked us to "study" it and then ask questions...quite a teacher but definitely not a sales agent. One less sold car for Audi! Congratulations! More

Went initially for sales, guy was so negative and tried to actually dissuade me from buying an s5 so I purchased from greenwich. Then went for servicing twice, and both times lied to me that they would be to actually dissuade me from buying an s5 so I purchased from greenwich. Then went for servicing twice, and both times lied to me that they would be done that day, and both times had to cab back home and then come back next day. no apologies, gave me an attitude. worst sales/service ever. Placed an "offer" price via the internet to get a call back from the dealership and also to begin the process of haggling. Jeff called me in the morning from the dealership - he is internet to get a call back from the dealership and also to begin the process of haggling. Jeff called me in the morning from the dealership - he is a used car sales rep. He stated that the car was $XXXXX firm and as if he held the holy grail asked: interested or not? I was speachless as to his arrogance and after a week when the stock market dipped 200 points and there was a double dip recession in the wings, found his attitude to be obtuse as if he lived in another world. Needless to say, no wonder the car hasn't been sold for months. Great job Jeff! You're fired. More
we have owned many Audi , and can get a medium level of service and respect. This last year or so we have found Steve - Service Manager to be unwilling to correct service issues in a timely fashion. Furt service and respect. This last year or so we have found Steve - Service Manager to be unwilling to correct service issues in a timely fashion. Furthermore Steve - Service Manager has been responsible for his service staff whom at times worsened the condition of our current A6 through a series of returning our A6 with other new damage and then gets hostile and rude to the piont of a vulger drunken sailor. Service was at its best when Rich Pizzo was in charge- now the General Manager , along with John Pizzo whom is quiet and polite as well as professional. Beiner Audi has been a outstanding Audi dealer on the goldcoast and now seems to be the worst Audi Dealer in the tri-states area. How can anyone expect to do business with a High end( best) brand and not receive the same in service, it seems that Beiner acts like a bucket shop/ boiler room , buyer be ware ripoff establishment. Looking for the BEST and Advanced auto- Audi is that- BEINER is NOT by any measure . More
Everyone in this dump has an attitude problem. I felt like they treated me like I didn't belong there even tho I drove in with an audi that was due back. I wasnt even given a chance to talk numbers or an like they treated me like I didn't belong there even tho I drove in with an audi that was due back. I wasnt even given a chance to talk numbers or anything. Everyone in there seemed miserable. I left and a couple hours later I was driving a new vehicle from legacy infinity...I'm never going back there again...what a bunch of a$$holes. More
I bought a 2005 audi A4 from their used car lot. Nice looking car but what a lemon. I had a check engine light that need to be fixed. First, they dont care about your problem or how long you have been wa looking car but what a lemon. I had a check engine light that need to be fixed. First, they dont care about your problem or how long you have been waiting. I made an appointment for 8am and they didnt help me until 845am. I explained to them my problem and they said it could be anything?? The service department manager said they will replance a bunch of hoses and clamps but if the problem comes back that they will replaced something else. WHAT? These are the cars they are supposed to be pros on. Not throw a bunch of parts at it and see if it works. Cost me $1,000 and the problem came back 20miles down the road. Then I asked about getting into a new car. All that happened was a sales guys standing next to me while i looked at cars. I asked a bunch of questions and all i got was one word answers. Come on buddy if you want to make a sale you gotta try and convince me. This place is a poor excuse for a dealership and everyone in there seems miserbale. You can read all of the reviews but trust me on this one. STAY AWAY!!! More
My experience at Biener Audi was atrocious. First and foremost, I believe this is due to poor training and management of this dealership. I was stunned at the arrogance these car salesmen displayed, not foremost, I believe this is due to poor training and management of this dealership. I was stunned at the arrogance these car salesmen displayed, not to mention the lack of interest in assisting a high profile customer. Considering the current economic climate, you would think they would go the extra mile to please their prospective buyers, but instead they shrug you off. Biener Audi Team: My family and I have been Audi owners since the 1980's. Based on my expeirence at Biener, we have chosen to purchase a new BMW instead. Funny, as soon as I walked into the BMW dealership, I was recognized and given stellar service. You could learn a thing or two from Bayside BMW. J G More
