Just over one year ago, we walked into Biener Audi looking for a new Q5 (we already owned an A4). The salesman was downright rude, remained seated at his desk and kept looking at his computer screen looking for a new Q5 (we already owned an A4). He talked down to us (we don't choose to wear Prada or Gucci, but can afford any car he had to sell three times over), quoted us a price and informed us that it was non-negotiable (this in an economy on life support). We walked out shaking our heads in disbelief, and several hours later had a deposit on the same vehicle at Audi of Huntington for $6,000 less. We chose to service our cars at Biener since it is closer to our home. When I mentioned to Jackie, our very helpful and professional service rep, that we were looking for a 2012 A5 cabriolet, and told her of of our negative past experience, she quickly encouraged me to try Biener again. And I'm glad she did. We were fortunate to have met a prince among car salesmen, Rosario Floro, who treated us with every bit of professionalism, courtesy, dignity and sensitivity possible. Up front, he assured us that he would do whatever it takes to satisfy us. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. We engaged in reasonable and fair negotiation and walked away with a price we felt was fair. When an unfortunate mishap threatened to delay our vehicle's delivery, Rosario jumped through hoops to get our car ready as promised. While I'm still not totally convinced that Biener as a whole shares Rosario's professional prowess, he singlehandedly altered our view of the dealership. They simply don't make 'em any better. I wanted to buy a 2012 q5, but I couldn't find one. I ended up at Biener Audi and the Guy was able to get one for me. I think I may have paid a little too much for it. I don't recommend Biener Audi they don't give you the best price. I got a quote for the Audi Q5 and it wasnt good at all (So Over Priced). There customer service is amazing. They took their time in explaining things. I mean come on your buying a vehicle that is over 50,000 you would want to get the best price and some good customer service. Everyone is nice and when it comes to neg pricing they are willing to work with you. I delt with the sales guy named JOE I recommend him. Yea Biener sucks and as far as I no there over priced and over rated. My rating's is what I expierenced. So go to Huntington Audi thats my recommendation. I dont recomment Biener at all. More

And if you come here for service, their service department is run by a maniac who will only act at gunpoint. No business ethic whatsoever, BIENER AUDI is an institutionalized crook. There are numerous Tri-state dealerships that will happily welcome your business and proudly bear the AUDI name. Never again with BIENER, they are a disgrace to the auto industry and to the AUDI brand name. More

My friend and I--both 25 and with well paying jobs--drove 45 minutes to Biener Audi for me to test drive a TT and discuss prices. I literally saw two of them look at me from top to bottom, as if questioning if I was serious for being there. When I told them I wanted to test drive a TT, they told me there were none available. Then they passed me off to Tony Renna. He too looked me and my friend over before inviting us to sit down in talk. Tony then explained that the TT on the showroom floor could not be taken out for a test drive--which I understood--and that the car would not be available until at least four days later for some reason. Now, if you are looking to sell a car, I'd expect you to at least make an effort to make the car available for a test drive, especially when the prospective buyer drove as far as we did just to see, drive, and discuss pricing on that very car. He then gave us a brochure and we went on our way. So yea, if you have a young face, be prepared to be ignored, no matter how much you're able and willing to spend or how prepared you are to make a dealer. More
