I recently visited this dealer as well as two other dealers on Long Island. The first dealer I went to only because my father knew the owner. The salesman was nice but didn't seem to work hard to ear dealers on Long Island. The first dealer I went to only because my father knew the owner. The salesman was nice but didn't seem to work hard to earn my business but did discount a new S4 for me. Then I visited another dealer closer to the south shore just to shop around. The salesman I met with REFUSED to work with me on the price strictly because I was looking for a new S4. He explained it's a rare vehicle. I told him about the deal that I had from the first dealer and he still refused to work with me on the price and I walked out. The last place I visited was Biener and I was introduced to Drew. I can't say enough about him! He was very enthusiastic and knew A LOT about the S4 and it's competitors. He was able to beat the deal from the first dealer and locate a car for me. The first dealer had me order the car and swore there wasn't a manual S4 available. Rich Pizzo, the GM, came out the thank me for my business and welcomed me to the Biener family. We started talking about exhaust and other options that I can do to the S4 to make it faster. By far, hands down, best car shopping experience I have ever had! If you are looking for an Audi and DO NOT go to Biener Audi and ask for Drew or Rich Pizzo, you are doing yourself a dis-service! More

Biener Audi sold me a certified pre-owned car and the salesperson told me during the sales process that it came with the Audi Care plan, which provides for scheduled maintenance at 15k, 25k, 35k and 45k salesperson told me during the sales process that it came with the Audi Care plan, which provides for scheduled maintenance at 15k, 25k, 35k and 45k miles. They also included a signed contract for the plan clearly stating that the plan transfers to subsequent owners of the same vehicle. I just took the car in for the service that should have been covered and Biener has refused to honor the signed contract and claims that the audi care plan "may have been returned" by the previous purchaser. Note that the plan clearly states that it is non-returnable and non-refundable. I have contacted Audi USA for assistance in dealing with Biener Audi since efforts to get Biener Audi to live up to their word and what appears to be a legally binding contract have been unsuccessful. There was a bit of a miscommunication on pricing on a car I wanted to purchase with Biener Audi but I was very appreciative that Joe Mortell (my sales person) and Rich Pizzo (the GM) were willing and able to I wanted to purchase with Biener Audi but I was very appreciative that Joe Mortell (my sales person) and Rich Pizzo (the GM) were willing and able to rectify the situation and make everything right. They surprise you with a $132 fee to "diagnose your problem," even if you have already targeted the issue. I don't know how this place can compete with the Service Department at Audi of Huntington, where they don't charge such a ridiculous fee. More
Without a doubt the most hassle free new vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I went in to buy a new Audi S5 and dealt with salesman Marc Rubin. I was never pressured by the salesman to use Audi's financing and the price he gave me was right in line with what all the car buying research websites said it should be. When the Finance manager called me at home before I picked up the vehicle I was expecting him to try and sell me on their financing and extended warranties etc. All he asked was "When do you want the car ready to be picked up?". No hard sell or pressure to get me to purchase anything extra. Went in on a Monday and drove out with my car 3 days later. Unbelievably smooth transaction. More
