Biener is great! Had a wonderful experience working with them on my new A5. I did my research online on the various Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. But I figured I would try the closest one to me fi them on my new A5. I did my research online on the various Audi dealerships in the tri-state area. But I figured I would try the closest one to me first. I made contact with Drew Russo via email after reading all the positive reviews about him on DealerRater. The reviews were spot-on! Drew is an awesome guy and a true professional, very easy to deal with. I had already done my research on pricing so I knew what was a fair price beforehand. All it took was a few emails back and forth and we had a deal! Went to the dealership on the following Monday to sign some of the paperwork. Everything was as discussed, no hidden fees, etc. I even got a great deal on my trade-in. Initially we were planning to do a factory order but Drew found the car I wanted that had some extra options. Instead of having me pay for the extras they threw them all in! So now I didn't have to wait a couple of months for the car and I got a car with some nice extra options at no extra cost. Next I worked with George Mengisopoulos from the finance dept. We went over all the details of the lease. It was a real pleasure working with George. Delivery day went super smooth.
