The only reason I went to Biener Audi was because of Drew Russo. I am not related to him and met him for the first time 4 months ago when my wife purchased her A4. unfortunately we could not get a deal done Russo. When I called him I did not believe he remembered me, but to my surprise he related the entire previous meeting as well as remembering the vehicle I was trading in before I even mentioned it. The deal went smooth and quick this time. The entire experience was top shelf. Again I most stress I did not know him before walking in the dealer. He was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgable. I would absolutely recommend Drew as well as Biener Audi to anyone who asked. By the way I live 10 minutes from another Audi dealership this was allot longer trip to get to by I felt worth it. More
