We had the worst experience at Audi Great Neck’s used car facility. After agreeing upon a price, and being told that this dealership does not charge extra fees, the manager added a $1975 extra “delivery/ veh facility. After agreeing upon a price, and being told that this dealership does not charge extra fees, the manager added a $1975 extra “delivery/ vehicle inspection” charge. Furthermore, after purchasing a vehicle from Audi in Huntington, we saw that Audi Great Neck was charging double for the title transfer. Do your research. Be warned DO NOT USE THEM! More

Grace was great! But the used Audi dealer I brought the car from was a nightmare. I bought car May 2023 and immediately had issues with the car. Not minor issues, but But the used Audi dealer I brought the car from was a nightmare. I bought car May 2023 and immediately had issues with the car. Not minor issues, but major issues. My car took months to get fixed and that’s only because I bought the warranty. My question is what people that don’t, are they on the hook for the cost of fixing a new car purchased.
