Eric, the service advisor was very professional and kept me posted on the progress. Only complaint - and it’s more of the clientele than the dealership. NTX has a mask mandate and over half the customers waiting in the lounge were not wearing their masks even though signs were posted. They had them but had them hanging or not on at all. I brought it to the attention of an employee who did have people ask everyone to wear their mask but not all complied. Again, a customer issue vs a dealership issue. More
