Berron Ware was great to work with! His Manager was a little hard nosed and wasn't budging on the price even though I showed examples of how the vehicle I purchased was priced a little high. I understand you guys are in the business of making money, but I thought what I offered was more than fair. In the end I purchased the vehicle and you got what you wanted so I blinked first. You were going to make money on the extended warranty as well, so I expected a little more wiggle room on the price. The home delivery was great, though I expected a little more from the detail. It was fine, but you didn't go above and beyond. I had to scrub crap off the inside of the sunroof. More
