Great experience with Sales and Finance. Unfortunately service washed and fueled the wrong car and we had to wait another 45 minutes after finishing with Finance. They also gave us one correct keyfob and one incorrect keyfob belonging to another buyer. She had our second key and it took several days to get them swapped out and to the correct owners. Easy to deal with. Don’t think they take customers as serious as they should. I asked for a vehicle (certified) to be detailed and ready for departure prior to our arrival. Once we arrived we had to wait in lobby about 1.5 hours while vehicle was being detailed and filled up with gas after paperwork was signed. I kept getting asked if I wanted to use Audi financing even after I informed sales from the get go I would be using my own prearranged Credit Union. Dealership was nice! Top of the line facility! Just think they could have made better use of time. More

I purchased my Q3 at this dealership & had a great experience. Most recently, I was there to have my car serviced at 10,000 mile mark. Everyone was friendly & professional.
