Cris Zamora was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. I did my homework before I went and knew the cost of my 55K service. I scheduled the 55K online. Cris showed me the two systems were not talking with each other and fixed the cost as to what it should have been. Audi needs to make sure their systems talk to each other. Probably the best experience at GPA I have had in a year or so. Service associate listened and worked to meet my budget on services needed. In the past a price was giving lacking any real details. I picked the option from the website for my car for $$$. I arrived and was informed, "Oh no, its will be $$$$ for your 75k Scheduled Service." :-( More
My Audi Q5 was making a strange noise, so I called one afternoon while out running errands and Jessica told me to come right in. I dropped it off, she ordered a Lyft to take me home and my car was fixed a afternoon while out running errands and Jessica told me to come right in. I couldn't ask for better service - Jessica kept me informed the entire process and even offered to send a Lyft to take me back to the dealership to pick my car up. Excellent work and excellent customer service. I accidentally damaged the passenger seat in my R8 and needed it repaired. I called the dealership and spoke with Cris Zamora. After explaining what happened and sending him a picture of the damage, he told me they had a tech who could sometimes work miracles.
