Cris Zamora was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. I did my homework before I went and knew the cost of my 55K service. I scheduled the 55K online. Probably the best experience at GPA I have had in a year or so. Service associate listened and worked to meet my budget on services needed. In the past a price was giving lacking any real details. My Audi Q5 was making a strange noise, so I called one afternoon while out running errands and Jessica told me to come right in. I dropped it off, she ordered a Lyft to take me home and my car was fixed a afternoon while out running errands and Jessica told me to come right in. Excellent work and excellent customer service. I accidentally damaged the passenger seat in my R8 and needed it repaired. I called the dealership and spoke with Cris Zamora.
