My experience with Audi Grapevine was a mix of positives and frustrations. The vehicle purchase itself was a bit slow, but overall fine. My sales representative, Robert, was excellent — professional, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. However, the financing stage was a different story. I had to wait a long time to get in with the finance department, which was inconvenient but manageable. The real problems began after I sold my truck. I was told I could receive a refund for the unused portion of my warranty, but over a year later, I’m still waiting. The finance department rarely answers calls, doesn’t return messages, and I was transferred from person to person with no resolution. When I finally reached someone, I completed the online paperwork — and then heard nothing. No refund, no updates, no follow-up. For a dealership that should deliver a white glove experience, this lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. While the sales side was great, the post-sale support has been frustrating and unprofessional. ⭐ Rating: 2/5 – Great sales experience, but poor follow-through and customer care after the sale.
