The Audi Grapevine location is hands down the best. Do not go to the Downtown FTW location it will turn you away from buying an Audi. If you go to the Grapevine location, everyone there from sales to serv not go to the Downtown FTW location it will turn you away from buying an Audi. I brought my Q5 in for an oil change. Vernon was efficient enough to mention a recall I may have missed. He also asked my permission if I would like my car washed.
