Lack of communications. Lack of detail explanation. Just a perception that they did not do what I was told they did. Extremely slow service - my car was there for 4 days before I even got a diagnosis, yet no offer for a loaner vehicle. When I first bought the vehicle new, I felt I had found a great dealership. Since then, I have experienced a gradual decline in customer service, and more recently, a very steep decline. I do not feel valued as a customer, and there are too many other choices to continue as a customer of Audi Grapevine, starting with your poor service department.
