I was disappointed with my recent visit to your service dept. I was there for the tire recall and oil change. Based on the multi-point inspection, the technician said there is wear on my front rotors. Not dept. I was there for the tire recall and oil change. Based on the multi-point inspection, the technician said there is wear on my front rotors. Not sure how that can be since it is a brand new car with only 7,400 miles. How can rotors already be getting worn with such little miles AND the fact I do not drive the car hard? I had responded to the text asking how that could be, but got no response. Also, they put the new tires on, but did not clean them well. They still have white stuff all around the inside part of the tire by the rims. I would have thought they would have thoroughly cleaned them to match the cleanliness of the car. Disappointed and expected more from the service dept. More

The service department is not well run. . For example, I recently to my A4 in for service on Monday, and did not even get a DIAGNOSIS until Thursday. And not any offer or mention of a loaner . For example, I recently to my A4 in for service on Monday, and did not even get a DIAGNOSIS until Thursday. And not any offer or mention of a loaner vehicle .Unacceptable. The time before that, I took it in because of some rear axle noise. They replaced the bearing (very expensive). They called and said the car was ready, and as I drove it out, it had the same noise! They repaired the wrong one because they said they couldn’t tell which side it came from. So I had to leave it again for them to do the proper repair. But they didn’t offer any concession for doing the wrong work, because they said it needed the first repair anyway. I felt they double-dipped me. 0n another visit, they forgot to reconnect the battery. They forgot! While driving home the battery fully discharged, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and the car shut down. I was fortunate to be able to coast to the shoulder without being hit by other vehicles. I had to be towed back to the dealer. I am shopping for another vehicle now, but because the service department at Audi Grapevine, I will never buy from that dealer again. Audi is a great car. I have loved mine. But Audi Grapevine service has been a big disappointment. More
