My wife has never had a more enjoyable car-buying experience. The dealership was clean and organized and the people were very engaging and professional. I was most impressed with Danny’s ability to encourage my wife to drive the Audi in a way that helped he “feel” the safety and handling of the awesome cars. I called ahead to schedule service, listed everything I needed done, and was quoted it would take 1-1.5 hours. Upon arrival, talking to a tech, he said it would be around 3 hours. This is a big difference for someone getting their car serviced in the middle of the day. Also, the tech was abnormally friendly and overly talkative. I initially appreciated his kind demeanor but he spent over 10 minutes checking me in, and most of the conversation was chit chat (he asked me how I was doing at least 4 times). Check out was the same. He asked where I was going for lunch, and more. I just wanted to get in and out in a timely manner. More
