My advisor, Kelvin, assisted me with all my questions and assured me that the issue I had with my car was addressed accordingly. I left the service department knowing everything was all good. assured me that the issue I had with my car was addressed accordingly. I left the service department knowing everything was all good. Took my car in today for the 30,000 mile maintenance. They found an oil leak after sending me a text that they got a green light on their inspection and nothing else was required. I haven’t had oil spot They found an oil leak after sending me a text that they got a green light on their inspection and nothing else was required. I haven’t had oil spots at all. But it was fixed under “warranty” so no problem. I was there for 4.5 hours - stinks! The other issue I have is I owned a Q7 prior to buying this Q5 two years ago. It can’t un-remember my old vehicle - so the CarPlay has never worked properly and the functions on the Q5 have never been consistent. Initially IT tried to help for quite a while but was unsuccessful so nothing could be done. I can’t log into my Audi account because it still shows the Q7. Also when I had the Q7 there were clear expectations for the maintenance… oil change every 10,000 miles and tire rotation every 5,000 miles, etc. I have been bringing my Q5 in every 5,000 miles and when I called to set up the maintenance for the 20,000 mark, I was told that the tires were only to be rotated every 10,000 miles. Then I asked today and was told by one person (greeter) that these tires are expensive so don’t rotate until 10,000 miles and another to rotate every 8,000-10,00 miles. My concern is the wear on the tires ….what is actually the recommendation? This has made me rethink if I want to go for another Q7 (with likely the same problems) or just go with another SUV altogether. They also don’t have loaner cars (as they touted when I bought my Q7) for excessive wait times, (they do have a shuttle) but I don’t live near there so there is really no place for me to hang out. My consultant, Chris Zamora hasn’t returned my calls the past 2-3 times I have called or texted him to set up a scheduled maintenance visit. I have a very busy life (like everyone e else:) and this has been a hassle. More

Keith is terrific as a service consultant and the Manager Chris was helpful when I told him about a potential issue with the mechanic. Prior to my Audi vehicle we had owned 5 Lexus vehicles. One thing tha Chris was helpful when I told him about a potential issue with the mechanic. Prior to my Audi vehicle we had owned 5 Lexus vehicles. One thing that Lexus is better at is the availability of free rental vehicles. I was able to get one with Audi but had to wait 3 weeks for one to be available. But they did provide one and the vehicle was excellent since next yr my wife will be replacing her Lexus 350 RX and this gave her the chance to see the Audi version of her vehicle which she has had 2 of.
