It was nearly impossible to reach a person in the service department. My car was estimated to be ready at 3 PM and at 4:20. I tried to reach my service advisor or any service advisor. Service and communication was great from the time I got there and being greeted by someone at the entrance to the time I return to pick up my car. They had my loaner car ready for me lined up so no wait at there and being greeted by someone at the entrance to the time I return to pick up my car. We took our Q7 in for a recall service maintenance and ended up with an Audi Presense issue. The dealership realized it was their fault for not fixing this issue in the first place and had to fix the prob ended up with an Audi Presense issue. The dealership realized it was their fault for not fixing this issue in the first place and had to fix the problem. Took them five days to make sure everything was working properly but the customer service team was less than stellar. Waste of time and money for a problem that was caused by the dealership. They also drove the car 50 miles to test drive and make sure the issue was rectified which is fine but I was never reimbursed for the gas (and on the other hand, if you take a loaner from them and don’t top off the gas, you get charged $7 / gallon). I then asked to speak with the service manager and was never contacted again. More
