It was nearly impossible to reach a person in the service department. My car was estimated to be ready at 3 PM and at 4:20. I tried to reach my service advisor or any service advisor. Service and communication was great from the time I got there and being greeted by someone at the entrance to the time I return to pick up my car. They had my loaner car ready for me lined up so no wait at there and being greeted by someone at the entrance to the time I return to pick up my car.
