I purchased Q7 S line from audi willow grove 12/2011. That's the worst sales experience ever. Especially comparing the last 2 (Acura and Lexus). 1. Before taking delivery of my Q7, Joe wasn't really responsive to my emails. The only reason I stayed with him was because there was no S line available by end of 2011 within 150 miles. 2. When I test drove Q7 (a Q7 sold and customer paid deposite already), I asked him about tinted glass for fron windows. He told me that it's not available from manufacture. But dealership's service dept can do it. The day before I took delivery of my Q7, I call him again and was told to wait until next day to pick a color. But next day, I was told that it can't be done because it's illegal in PA. Just really don't understand why I was told 3 different stories. 3. Two of the wheel center caps were missing when I got my Q7. Don't understand how/why --- I'm getting a brand new Q7 and paid deposit while it's was still being manufactured. He told me that cap were coming next day. I asked him to mail to my home address. A week later still did not received anything. Called him and was told "coming next day" again. A week later still nothing. Called twice and sent 2 emails. Got no call back, no email. So I called sales manager Larry and was told center caps came in the day before and will be mailed to me. Just don't understand why I couldn't get a truthful answer from Joe. 4 days later still nothing!!! So I called Audi customer relation. I got my center caps after 4 more days. 4. Dealership was running a promotional drawing when I bought my Q7 and got a Audi sports jacket. I called Larry last week and was told that jackets are still on order and he'll ask Joe check the status and let me know. Still haven't heard from Joe. 5. Still haven't heard any explanation from Audi customer relation or the dealership about why Joe didn't return my calls/emails. Feels like customer service stops right after delivery. Don't know this is how Audi dealership works, or Joe or Audi Willow Grove is just an exception. More
We travelled from Canada to Willow Grove to purchase a car for export to Canada. The experience could not have been better. Two days later went over to the dealership, had my old Q7 appraised and there was new Avant A4 available. Justen showed me the car and went over all of the lease or purchase options. I was very satisfied with the trade in value and purchased the new Audi A4 avant. The whole process was seamless. I was very happy with the experience and the new car. More

Joe Mitchell (salesman) is not only knowledgeable about the cars he sells he's al I've purchased and by far the best sales experience I've ever had. Joe Mitchell (salesman) is not only knowledgeable about the cars he sells he's also very passionate about cars in general. Lisa (manager) was so nice to deal with and is a no nonsense bottom line person and her first offer was her best offer. At every turn Lisa and Joe exceeded my expectations. From the trade in manager to the F&I manager to the sales trainee, who helped with test drives, everything was easy and wonderful. It was such a great experence I'm going to try it again with my wife's car. I can only hope that AudiWG service is half as good and I'll never buy anywhere else! More
I had recently owned a 2010 Audi A5 that was totaled. I had looked at many different cars but again but settled to buy a new 2012 A5 again because I loved the car so much. The sales staff was by far the most accommodating and knowledgeable staff I have worked with and got me into the perfect car. Over the past couple months I had visited many dealerships across the MD, DC, NJ area. Audi of Willow Grove provided the best customer service by far and their sales staff were more knowledgeable then any other staff I had dealt with. I first touched based with Steve through email and went to see the car I was interested after work one night. I actually had not even planned on buying the car that night. Luckily, I received a great deal on the car and found exactly the color/spec/options I was looking for. Because we had sat down late to iron out the deal we were unable to get the final papers signed. However, they were able to work out a solution so I could take the car that night and the next day Steve actually met me in DE to get the final papers signed. Customer service is impeccable. Now I have a brand new navy blue/tan interior 2012 Audi A5 and I couldn't be happier. More

My husband and I were in the market to buy a car and we were a little nervous, since it was our first big purchase following our wedding. We instantly felt at ease with Howard Babbitt, our salesman. He was friendly and welcoming, letting each of us test drive the car we were interested in. After the financing piece was finalized, we picked up our Audi A4 and was greeted just as welcoming by Howard as we were when we first walked in the door. Their friendliness does not end after they make the sale. They answer all of your questions and make sure that you leave the dealership happy. We left estactic because not only did we purchase a nice car, but Howard made us feel like we were a million bucks. I highly recommed this dealer and when the time comes to upgrade our Audi, I have no doubts that we will be going back to visit Howard! More

Ray Goelz is the best service manager I have ever experienced. In fact, he is the reason I went to Willow Grove in the first place. Everything is like clockwork. The loaner program is great. And the prices seem fair. What's more, my cars always come out of service perfectly cleaned both outside and in. Couldn't be happier with Audi Willow Grove. I highly recommend them.
