I was promised 1st month lease payment free then at the last moment was told it was not because this model wasn't included in the program.I was told my prior leases car would be looked at at time I was pic last moment was told it was not because this model wasn't included in the program.I was told my prior leases car would be looked at at time I was picking up new car because my car was a special order and delivery date was unknown until last moment.After the fact I was told I could have brought it in earlier.They were too busy to look at the car when I brought it in and it took 2 months before I got a bill that had no breakdown of costs.Finally I got a breakdown 3 months after the pick up date and there were mistakes.I was told it was too late to correct them.I disputed the items and was sent to collections during the ongoing dispute.I got a call from the dealership after I complained to the bbb and was told I would get a call back and they would work out something,I am still waiting and it has been over a month.I did get a call from collections asking me for 68.25 for a key that I had returned,but no one seemed to have a record of it.The day I picked up the car I made an appointment and still waited 2 hours,they weren't ready for me despite the appointment and they never even set the clock right. I went to this Dealer twice in 3 year when I was in the market for a new car. While they were friendly I think their attitude needed adjusting.
