I called Audi Willow Grove on a Saturday morning trying to see if they can perform an inspection on my Audi. I called separate times (about 10 minutes apart) and was told each time that the service departm to see if they can perform an inspection on my Audi. All I wanted to know if it was safe for me to risk a 45-60 minute drive to Willow Grove from Philly to get my inspection. I proceeded to drive there anyways since I had to check out some floor mats I was considering purchasing. Once I arrived, nobody in the area appeared to take me seriously. I asked the service writer if he could do an inspection today. He said he couldn't and told me they were busy all morning and that was the reason why I couldn't even get a response when I called regarding whether I should drive down there or not. I was trying to speak, but before I could even get two words out my mouth, he must have assumed that I was going to argue and he got very loud and defensive with me. I was simply trying to express how I felt about the quality of the customer service, not argue with him. Fortunately, another lady who appeared to be above his rank was able to have my car inspected. When my car was inspected, the mechanic got in my car (as dirty as his uniform is) did not even put on any seat and floor covers in my car. I have nappa leather interior. This just shows blatant disregard of customer courtesy. Every dealer typically does this, but doesn't look like Audi Willow Grove does. They offered to wash my car after the inspection which was nice. I asked if it's an exterior wash or an exterior and interior clean. I was told its an exterior wash plus an interior vacuum. Got the car back and my car was clearly NOT vacuumed. Not a big deal, but don't lie to your customers if you expect any future business. I even spoke with the finance manager to discuss my options regarding insurance products (dings and dents, windshield repair, etc.) and he clearly rushed me out after very brief explanations of the different packages. I went over to Audi Conshohocken and the Audi Brand Specialist there was very friendly, thorough, and caring of my understanding of the insurance packages. I'll be putting my future business at Audi Conshohocken and NOT Audi Willow Grove. More
FLAT OUT TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought an Audi A3 from a private party that had serviced their car here. The original owner had keep up with all the required preventive maintenance repairs and had a complet private party that had serviced their car here. After taking the car multiple times for engine and oil lights, of which Audi WG said there were no problems, I found out from an independent mechanic that the engine was blown. He recommended I take the car to the dealer, as it was a defect in the engine. Upon taking the car to the dealer, I was told the engine was blown and they wanted $700 just for looking at it (no repair). I was able to talk them down to $300. I then had my car towed to another mechanic to salvage the motor. When he received the car, he called me to tell me the engine was left in pieces with parts FLOATING over the motor. There were also two scratches on the each of the side doors. That is the service I received from these people. Carmel and Michael were the service people and they were nothing but inconsiderate. STAY AWAY from these guys!! More

The selection of cars is second to none, with a great website which originally brought me to dealership from Virginia as I was having trouble locating the car I wanted in my area.
