Went in for a scheduled maintenance, recall, tire rotation and new wiper blades. Everyone (Jerrick and Karina) were very professional and friendly. Only negative was no loaner car. Drove in without an appointment with some electrical problems. The service rep looked up my 2018 Q5 and told me that there are some recalls that may solve the problem.
