I schedule the service once one car loan will be available. The time to wait was two months. The time of the appointment was at 8am and the car was not ready to pick up. The audi notify me at 11am that the loan car was ready and I had to came back to pick up not having the opportunity to perform my agenda because I did not have car at 8am. Once passed two days, I call the audi to know if the car was ready because nobody notified me time expected. At the same time that I called they told me that the car was ready,. So if I don't call, maybe I will be waiting to be informed. In average, the service is not the expected eventhought all was done correctly but the main issues is the lack of interest in client experience. More

Transmission malfunction at 40,000 miles. Was told by this dealership I need a new transmission at a cost of $13,000. Car actually only needed new valve box and software update for less than Was told by this dealership I need a new transmission at a cost of $13,000. Car actually only needed new valve box and software update for less than $3,000. Transmission malfunctioned right after spending $2,000 at this dealership for full 40,000 mile service and no issues were brought up. Either inexperienced mechanics or scummy business tactics at this location, will never return and recommend others not to service here. More
