I gave a 5 star rating because my issue was handled within the 2 hour estimate i got from the representative (who was the only guy there working on this day), however I was disappointed in the overall within the 2 hour estimate i got from the representative (who was the only guy there working on this day), however I was disappointed in the overall experience because I was there a month prior for a 30K mile service and I had a problem in the thermostat which needed replaced and took over 5 days to complete. Your service department doesn't offer any loaners (Ever) and offered to cover rental cost up to $50 per day from the moment the diagnose a problem with the car ( even though there was no guarantee it would even be looked at the same day so I had no coverage on the first day) additionally there are ZERO rental cars available in the area for under $80 and all of those rental car services require a return date in advance to book it. Since I was not able to get a clear answer on when the car repair would be completed I really couldn't commit to the rental solution so I was without a vehicle for that duration and had to find a ride back there to pick up the car. Fast forward to this service that took place last week (a month after the repair) my car indicated I had a critically low coolant level and needed immediate attention. I called your service department who explained that its probably a leak since the was just serviced a month prior. He said to bring the car in immediately so I asked to schedule an appointment for the following morning and he said "just come in no appointments needed for something like this, your car should get looked at right away". I came the next morning at around 8:15 AM and the only rep there told me that I need to leave the car there and once again no loaners available. I could not get any guarantee that the car would even get looked at same day. He offered to top off the coolant and send me home saying "if it leaks or gets low bring it in again" thats not a great solution since i am already there and something was definitely wrong with it, it would be wiser to check the car for leaks. So I asked to stay there until it gets looked at which about an hour and half. I was notified that the problem was resolved and it was air bubbles trapped in the cooling system from improper work done reassembling it in the last repair. Very frustrating experience and not at all what I was told on the phone and not a complete job in the original repair. I do appreciate the representative moving faster than estimated however in my experience each time I come for any kind of service no one really know how long anything will take and there are never any loaners or rental solutions that make any kind of sense.... Wish I could leave zero stars. Was appalled by my treatment here. My service tech Jean Camacho fabricated issues with my car that did not exist and tried to charge me hundreds that Was appalled by my treatment here. I had issues fixed at another Audi when I was living out of state and he did not like this. Thought that I would be able to trust my local Audi but left feeling robbed and taken advantage of. There was extremely limited communication, I had to keep contacting them myself or I would've never seen movement. I was left without a car or loaner for over a week longer than initially told. Will make sure I go to a different Audi when I am ready to purchase or lease another Audi vehicle. Very upset. More

No issue with the routine maintenance, car was done on time like they said. However, I was told during the service about "worn out wipers", trying to sell $200-300 wiper replacements. I just replaced my new wipers less than 2 months ago, so it seems a bit dishonest to push replacement for parts they probably did not even take a look at. Be careful about the upsells. More
After I had a regular service, they mounted a replacement part the wrong way, which caused my vehicle to stop suddenly in the middle of a high speed highway. Service department horrendous. If you can get a live person. Transportation to/from the dealership is great, but seems like an excuse to have the car sit all day without the schedu If you can get a live person. I always made an appt to visit, never a "drive through." Yet first visit, they didn't have the recall parts for the scheduled repair. Second was ok. Third and final visit was for electronic issues and key fob battery. Car dropped at 9am. Had to call for update at 3pm. They hadn't touched my car. I asked them to put a battery in key fob and send a ride. When I arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn't even done that. Don't take the appt if you're too busy to work on my car. Despite the ride to/from; it's still an inconvenience to not have my car. Also, I always have to e-mail my salesman (who is excellent) to get response or make appts. Service never picks up. If you leave a message, no one calls back. THEN they call asking how to make it right??? 3 strikes is an out. Total lack of consideration of my time and schedule. More
