I had a service apt on Thursday aug 17 to pick up my second key fob, when I leased the car in Nov 2021 the second one was not available to the pandemic. I have been trying to get the fob for over a mont second key fob, when I leased the car in Nov 2021 the second one was not available to the pandemic. I have been trying to get the fob for over a month. My last call was the week of Aug 07, I do not recall who I spoke to (it was a female) I was calling to see if the key fob had come in, I was told no - it needed to be ordered - I was told it had been ordered - so this was a surprise. She was going to order the key fob & we made the apt for Aug 17..I suggested to the agent, when the fob comes in she can call me & we can schedule an appointment…,but she said no let’s make the apt, it should be in by the 17. I arrived for my apt went to the waiting area, then was told the key fob wasn’t in…. How disappointing….the service area is not the same as it once was, it has gone down hill. You use to have a fantastic group working in service, but now not so much. I will call on Monday Aug 21, I’m sure I will not get a phone call from Audi. Thank you, Bev Mackel More

Went in for the second year check up and a tire rotate/balance. No issues with getting in. Thank you for the reminder to empty out the hatchback. Really sorry about that.
