Service at this location has always met or exceeded my service expectations. Samantha, my assigned service advisor, met me upon arrival, reconfirmed the requested service and kept me informed while I wa service expectations. Samantha, my assigned service advisor, met me upon arrival, reconfirmed the requested service and kept me informed while I waited for the service to be completed. When the service was completed, the car was washed and all work performed and charges were explained and it was also pointed out to me which parts may need looking at down the road. Everyone was fantastic. It was not a straightforward sale since we will be taking the car out of State. Our insurance agent was non-responsive and not helpful. But Steve and Steve were really terrific -- very patient, clear, thorough. Dealing with Steve Kincaid from the moment we expressed an interest in the car was better than any other interaction we have had with a car salesman. He is honest, straight forward, helpful and kept us in the loop about delays due to the car being held at the port in Jacksonville. More
