This dealership has earned the worst possible rating because: I purchased a new Audi from here. The Audi was serviced here, only. When I picked my car up, after having it serviced for 25,000 mile because: I purchased a new Audi from here. The Audi was serviced here, only. When I picked my car up, after having it serviced for 25,000 miles, I asked about whether a specific service was performed. The service department lied to me about the routine service being performed. The end result was a $1,000.00 bill that was required a few weeks later--I took the Audi to another dealership for repairs. This service department lied to me about basic routine service being preformed. While the money is certainly an issue, my safety, and that of my passengers, was jeopardized because of this dealership and their service department. Once I learned of the issue, I phoned the company. But the service manager, Cathy Rinaldo nor the sales manager, Jarrod Bierman ever returned my calls. But boy, if you are buying a car, they will return your call in a heartbeat! !! THE SERVICE MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE !! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE COMPANY IS THIS??? ANSWER: One that will look you in the eye, and lie to you; one that will endanger you; and one that will not even return your phone calls once you discovered who they really are. People deserve better! And Dear Audi, I sure miss my Mercades. More

Horrible experience. The had my 2008 Q7 for over 3 weeks because on occasion when it would rain.. the left side lights of the mmi control would not show. After 3 weeks at their dealership I got the car back because on occasion when it would rain.. the left side lights of the mmi control would not show. After 3 weeks at their dealership I got the car back in worst condition. NOW, the mmi control lights will not show at all. Whether rain or shine plus the control knob doesnt work.. They damaged my car more in 3 weeks than I did in 4 years.. STAY AWAY. SAVE THE MONEY. SAVE THE FRUSTRATION. More
