My past experiences with Audi of El Peso, were not good. This experience I had was night and day difference. I was kept informed and giving a quote shortly after dropping off the vehicle. The original part that was ordered was defective from the manufacturer, so there was a slight delay in service. Since I had a loaner vehicle the delay was not a concern.
