Service is always great but today 08-27-2026 my Service advisor Jennifer Roberts treated me with so much bad attitude that I was shocked, I had gone in for just a inspection report so I could renew my regi advisor Jennifer Roberts treated me with so much bad attitude that I was shocked, I had gone in for just a inspection report so I could renew my registration. We'll after waiting about 20 minutes and letting her horrible attitude slide. I saw that my car was done and ready and I started counting the minutes mean while I can hear her talking on her phone on a personal call because it sure was not work related. After 30 minutes of nothing I was fed up and went straight to her service rep desk and she still had the audacity to tell me to hold on and walked away from me to continue her personal phone call without regarding my time, and after 10 minutes of her still in the phone and her seeing me visibly angry and upset she told another service rep to help me and she didn't apologize or gave a single F about me and my time. I wasted a hour of my time just waiting and probably would've wasted more of my time if I haven't gone up her desk. More
