I schedule a service a month and a half in advance however, upon dropping my vehicle off before my appointment time. It was not service with no updates from the dealership. I finally, received update that my vehicle was still in the service lot. For a luxury vehicle this was very disappointing and I’m not sure, if I would ever buy another vehicle with them. More

We had an appointment but Colin met us as we were getting out of our vehicle to have our windshield replaced. He went over all of the logistics, knew we had a tight schedule, and outlined a timefram getting out of our vehicle to have our windshield replaced. He went over all of the logistics, knew we had a tight schedule, and outlined a timeframe for the day. He kept us continuously updated, and was able to get us out a few hours early. That allowed us to drive back home instead of getting a hotel for the night, and pick up our dog which saved us the overnight boarding fee. We felt like he really cared about our situation, and made a great effort to accommodate us. His high quality service was extremely appreciated! More
