I originally went to the Audi dealership to get my car serviced, and during that visit we ended up purchasing a Volkswagen Atlas. The sales experience itself was smooth, and we were excited about the purc serviced, and during that visit we ended up purchasing a Volkswagen Atlas. The sales experience itself was smooth, and we were excited about the purchase. We worked with Nick and Desmin. At the time of sale, we were promised a set of floor mats since the Atlas did not come with any, as well as repairs to the rotors and a sensor warning light that continues to come on. As of now, we have not yet received the floor mats or had the promised work completed. We are currently waiting for follow-up and resolution, and I will update this review as things progress. I’m hopeful the dealership will honor what was agreed upon and bring this experience to a positive conclusion. 12/30/25 I was contacted by Frank today. During the conversation, he requested my account of the situation and stated that he would gather the relevant information and provide a follow-up call once his review is complete. I expressed that I am hoping the work that was promised at the time of purchase will be completed as discussed. More

Every time I take my Audi to the Airway location for service, it’s a great, stress-free experience. They cover a Lyft ride to and from the shop, work efficiently, and promptly address any concerns or is service, it’s a great, stress-free experience. They send a link with a video where the technician explains everything they inspected and any issues found. They also provide a detailed breakdown with photos and pricing for each recommended service, clearly organized from items needing immediate attention to those that can wait. The associates are always friendly, approachable, and professional, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. I always leave feeling confident that my car was well taken care of. And to top it all off, they wash my car inside and out and even apply tire shine. More
