We looked online and called several dealers in the south Texas area but no one gave us the attention, the kindness, the patience, and the outstanding customer service that we got from Dilip. His humble mannerism and patient tenacity helped our decision to buy from Cavender. Other dealers were really arrogant and impersonal. Dilip was humble and kind. We found a cheaper vehicle in Austin but ultimately decided to go with Cavender because of the awesome experience. Our Audi q7 Prestige S line plus is a dream on wheels.
