Disappointed. Went to this dealership seeking a used Range Rover Sport for my daughter & and a new Q5 3.0T for myself. Young salesman Cody was very courteous, but unfamiliar with Range Rover Sport. He brought a self proclaimed "certified Land Rover Expert", Tony, who informed us the vehicle we were viewing was a supercharged version, but when I noted that there was no supercharger in the engine bay, the exhaust tailpipe diameter was too small for a supercharged engine, & the supercharged engines have "supercharged" emblazened on the air filter cover, he became rude & condescending. At this point we left & will definitely never return to this Dealership. 12/26/16. FRS. More

Having to drive up from Corpus Christi to bring my Audi to the Service Department can be tiring & stressful (traffic in San Antonio is crazy!). Joshua is very professional. His knowledge, consideration & straight forward honesty made me feel confident that I was working with the right person. Joshua was the best Service Advisor I have seen in the pass. It is employees like him that leads me sticking with the Audi vehicle. Whenever I am ready to buy another vehicle it will be my 3rd Audi. Thanks Joshua for all your help!! More
Incompetent service department The air conditioner in my Q5 hasn’t been working since July 2016. This this issue started on July 9, 2016. • The dealer told me on July 13 that The air conditioner in my Q5 hasn’t been working since July 2016. This this issue started on July 9, 2016. • The dealer told me on July 13 that there wasn’t any refrigerant found in the AC system. They found no leaks, preformed vacuum tests, added a leak detector dye and recharged the Freon. • Three weeks later the issue came back. I took it in again for the same issue on August 12, 2016. The dealer told me that again there was no Freon in the AC system. They performed another vacuum test and added more leak detector dye, recharged the Freon and let the vehicle sit for a couple of days. They reported that they still found no leak but noticed the low side Schrader valve was stuck and leaking Freon. The valve was replaced and Freon was re-charged. During this visit the dealer had my vehicle from August 12-25. Four weeks later the issue returned again. • On September 22, 2016 the dealer told me again there was no refrigerant in the AC system. They put more dye in the system and recharged the AC again. • The issue came back, again no AC. The dealer was able to inspect the vehicle aon November 2, 2016. Three days later they told me there was no AC in the system, they put more dye in it and found a leak on the low side line and need to replace the AC line and O-rings and re-charged the Freon. As of November 14 they still have my vehicle in their possession for this service. I have no confidence that the AC isn't going to stop working in another few weeks. Cavendar Audi is unresponsive and incompetent. More

Extreme misrepresentation and bait and switch tactics. Avoid Cavender Audi promised in writing a certain price for a vehicle they had in stock. I drove 4 hours to the dealership to purchase this vehicle. Upon a Cavender Audi promised in writing a certain price for a vehicle they had in stock. I drove 4 hours to the dealership to purchase this vehicle. Upon arrival they said they couldn't honor that price any longer and tried to sell me the vehicle for a much higher price. Absolutely zero integrity from the managers and sales folks here including Cleburn Walker and Timothy Navarrete. Avoid this extremely dishonest dealership at all costs. Deceptive trade practices and misrepresentation and it's only a matter of time before they get caught. More

Excellent sales and technical service! I went into the dealership on Labor Day to see if they had any Labor Day incentives. I met with salesman Cleburn Walker. He was very helpful and determined to help me find something I liked. Sure enough I ended up with a vehicle I absolutely love! The car came with a tech package. Their technician, Daniel, went through every technical detail with patience! Sometimes having to repeat some of the functions for me. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an Audi. More
Horrible service We had problem with check coolant sign and dropped our Audi A6 at CAvender Audi. After a week, I called them as asked status and they mentioned it was busy time, I insisted to look into the problem ASAP. Atleast 2 days later they called me and reported they need to replace water pump and will cost $1200. My 1st repair for new Audi, so I just said go ahead. Next day I took my husband and I went t to pick up the car. Obviously it was surprising for us that it was $1200 bill for a coolant problem which we thought was few hundreds...Anyway, my husband was anxious and asked to explain the reason to for $800 labor charges and show the part that was replaced. Though nice gentleman Jesse tried to explain saying it was normal (no technical answers). The attitude of the others in that center was just plain unpleasant. Atleast put on an artificial smile on your face... The reason you are here is for the customers. YOu are not rocket scientists working on your computer with a frown... I do not think I would like to go that place again... THey need to learn how to deal and respect customers - Learn to explain to customers the problem, issues, cost etc in details. Slapping a bill and expect that we swipe our cards w/o even asking anything is unreasonable. - Learn to put a fake smile and be pleasant. - Do not act as it customer is a nuisance. They are the reason you are there. It's customer support job. - Bring in a qualified mechanic to talk to customers. If anyone has recommedations on where to take my Audi next place, please post it on this page. More
