While a loaner vehicle had been reserved, he suggested the entire service would be less than 30 minutes. Asked if I would rather just sit in the well equipped waiting area. Good advice. In this encounter, Marcos provided vehicle status updates whenever there was a change... and ultimately saved me an hour which would have been required for return trip. More

Oil Change My car needed an oil change so I called and made an appointment for 10:15 the next day. I arrived on time and said I would wait while the work was do My car needed an oil change so I called and made an appointment for 10:15 the next day. I arrived on time and said I would wait while the work was done expecting that an oil change would take less than 45 minutes. I waited for over three hours....I can't imagine how long I would have waited if I didn't have an appointment for service. I could have driven across town to the other Audi dealership and had my oil changed and driven back in way less than three hours. Even though Dominion Audi is just a few blocks from our home....I will not be back. More

Don’t waste your time Purchased a Certified Preown Q7 and after driving 200 miles, the oil change light came on. Why was the vehicle had no had an oil change prior to selli Purchased a Certified Preown Q7 and after driving 200 miles, the oil change light came on. Why was the vehicle had no had an oil change prior to selling it when they know it’s coming up. Now I got stiff with paying $100+ oil change when it should have been done as a certified preown vehicle. Not to mention I purchase the maintenance plan and the finance office removed it just so I can get qualified to purchase the vehicle. So shady. More
