Be very sure to check all your paper work. They will tell you that they are sending digital copies in a USB key in the mail. THAT IS YOUR RED FLAG. They added 3k worth of accessories to my loan, and I’d have you that they are sending digital copies in a USB key in the mail. THAT IS YOUR RED FLAG. They added 3k worth of accessories to my loan, and I’d have never known because I never received my contract documents to review. I only found out because an employee doing an audit called me to inform me I never installed the accessories they charged me for without my knowledge. On top of that, the finance people are dishonest and will come back with a high dollar figure with unnecessary over lapping warranties in excess of what the vehicle comes with. By this I mean a CPO car comes with 5 years unlimited miles warranty. They’ll try and convince you to add a double warranty and insist the bank only approved you because of the add ons they’ve made. On top of this, they won’t follow up with the sale, to inform you of maintenance, or help you activate the technology. That’s a whole other ordeal, they won’t even provide the tag for a CPO that activates the App with a number of features. Also, they will contradict each other when caught red handed and be condescending about your complaints, as if they did me a favor by selling me a car. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere. ANYWHERE but here. I have always purchased luxury cars from Gunn and never didn’t I ever have a bad experience. Certainly not one this horrible. More

Purchased Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q5 2016 from Audi Dominion on 10/31/18. The check Engine light was on during the test drive and was told by sales man that the car needed a new oil change, trusting th Dominion on 10/31/18. The check Engine light was on during the test drive and was told by sales man that the car needed a new oil change, trusting the salesman and certified pre-owned vehicle by Audi, I financed the vehicle. Unfortunately was not able to take vehicle home that day due to late closing and the car needing to be serviced for an “oil change.” The next business day I called the dealership (Audi Dominion) after not hearing my car was ready for pick up at 12pm for an oil change. I called Audi Dominion and was told that my car was still being serviced due to a recall on the fuel pump. Extremely upset because I purchased a $27000 Audi CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle and I think it’s needing a routine oil change but it’s actually a service for a fuel pump that was some how missed during Audi’s Certification of the Pre Owned Vehicle and was sitting on Audi Dominion’s sale ready to be purchased with an OPEN recall. On 11/5/2018- my car check engine light and it was service fuel related at Audi Dominion.I was sold a LEMON Car. My check Engine light came on April 2020 the same month my certified pre-owned 100000 mile warranty was set to expire. I took my Audi to Big O tire company to receive a diagnosis on the check Engine light. Big O came back with several codes all related to the fuel pump and coolant pump. Big O provided a list of codes. They recommended taking it to a dealership. On 4/13/20 I took my car to Audi Dominion to diagnose the check Engine and resolve the issue to turn the light off. I received the video diagnostic from Audi and spoke to my service Advisor and was told I had an oil cap leak, needed new breaks, and the Oxy sensor was causing the check Engine light to display, the Oxy sensor was a $700 repair and that my car would be ready later that day. Nearing the 6pm hour, my advisor called and said that after replacing the Oxy sensor the check engine light was still on. I asked Michael what was causing the misfire and was told at the time it was the fuel injector and that fuel was leaking into my oil. Michael ( my advisor) told me that he emailed the Audi South Texas Regional Director to see about approval to pay for the repair after explaining the vehicle already had fuel issues.I purchased the vehicle from this dealership and the vehicle is certified. I explained how Audi Dominion was not transparent about the vehicle repairs/needs since the day of purchase, and was aware they sold me a Lemon Vehicle. The next business day 4/14/20, Micheal called in the morning saying the approval had been granted to cover the cost of the repairs, and my car would be ready later that day. Michael called around 5:30pm and said that my car was ready and he was sending a Lyft to get me. I arrive at the dealership and I’m greeted by another service advisor that said Michael went to get my car from the back. Waiting - Micheal comes back and says that the vehicle check engine light is back on and that he could smell fuel when starting it. He said that they did not have codes to diagnose it yet just said it was related to electrical or fuel. He said he was off tomorrow and would have someone reach out to me. On 4/15 at 930am I received a missed call from Audi Dominion me thinking it’s about my car I return the call and the receptionist was able to track my call by my phone number to Mario in Sales, she transferred me and I left a message. Around 11:30am I receive a call from Terry saying that my car would be ready at 4pm today, I asked Terry what was the diagnosis and he said he didn’t know he didn’t have the paperwork. Around 1pm I got a call from Micheal on his personal cell saying that my car would be ready tomorrow ( 4/16/20) and that it was the fuel pump that needed to be replaced and it was going to be a goodwill fix. Concerned because Terry said my car would be ready today and Micheal is calling from his personal cell saying my car would be personally delivered to me on 4/16/20. I proceeded with my day. This would be the vehicles 3rd fuel pump repair since it’s Manufacture Date and fuel leaking could be all over in the coolant pump and on the engine, the vehicle is now a lemon and HIGH risk safety concern. I went to Audi to speak to someone about my concerns .I was greeted by Mario on the sales floor (sales manager) after wanting to speak to someone regarding the Lemon car after explaining everything to Mario the sales manager, he asked how they could make this situation right and get me into a safe vehicle. I explained that I would like to keep my current terms of my loan financed thru Audi financial and find a vehicle within the remaining balance of my loan or I would like an extended warranty offer on the mechanical, electrical, and fuel issues provided by Audi at no cost. Mario said he would looked at my profile and make this right by switching to me another a vehicle. I proceeded to the sales floor and waited for Mario who returned with a specialist that would show me an Audi Q5 2019 that would work perfect with my current profile and have an extended warranty, and this is what I was approved for after looking at my profile After not liking the vehicle selected I saw cheaper pre-owned vehicles that I was interested in still in the same price of my current financed loan. I test drove the vehicle and was interested in getting whatever needed to be done. I asked Mario about what was the final diagnosis of my vehicle and repairs, and he stated that he didn’t know. I proceeded with information to update my profile.Mario said that we would have to wait until the repairs were done on my vehicle to see what it was valued at. Mario ran my credit and said that I would need a co-signer. Extremely confused I asked Mario are we working this deal as a trade? And he said that was the only way. I didn’t have a co-signer on my original loan. Mario said with no co-signer I would need a down payment. I told them this is not a trade deal this is you all replacing a lemon car and refused the deal and asked to speak to service about an update about my vehicle. 10 minutes later, Mario took me over to the service department to give me an update on my vehicle, and the service specialist said that my total would be $720 and I asked for what this was a good will repair and I asked the service specialist did they replace the fuel pump and he said I don’t see it on here and I said the $720 was for the Oxy sensor and he said he didn’t know what they fixed because my advisor ( Micheal wasn’t in) my car pulled up in the service garage all of sudden with a fuel pump replaced and was ready for me to drive it off the lot all in less than 10 minutes of rejecting their “trade offer” and the service specialist has no documentation of them even replacing the fuel pump today. Audi Dominion sold me a lemon car the repairs on my car are so bad they don’t even know what’s wrong and are not being transparent about the sale of a lemon. I have 5 years left in my current loan, and not confident that Audi will take care of the repair and I cannot afford to keep replacing recalls. If I drive the car off the lot tomorrow and the check engine lot comes on, will it still be a goodwill replacement? Or will I pay thousands of dollars out of pocket due to the lack of transparency provided by Audi. - [ ] I’m concerned about the safety of the vehicle and my financial obligations to a car with known defects. The whole experience from purchasing the vehicle at Audi Dominion has been documented. None of the sales team from the original purchase are employed still. I have a voicemail from John Mark their old sales manager dating back to 11/18 apologizing about the experience. After refusing to drive the vehicle home today until I spoke to someone, I called to speak to the general manager Josh Haffort, and the receptionist ,said that he was unavailable. I left a message and he has not returned my call. On 4/16/20, Kyle Evans called me to go over the repairs of my vehicle and apologize about all the mis-communication between his advisors. Kyle was instructed by Josh H. ( general manager) to call. He went over the repairs and said that I would still be obligated for the $720 Oxy sensor——which was not the original fix to the Check Engine Light as I was told by my advisor on Monday that this would correct the Check Engine light. He also stated that he could not guarantee the lifetime of my vehicle. I asked about the Oil and fuel mix and asked how do we know that oil and fuel didn’t not mess up my engine or still lingering on it? He said he didn’t but they did two oil changes. I’m scared to drive my vehicle home and worried about my safety. I asked Kyle Evans for the original car fax of my vehicle. The Carfax shows that Audi Dominion used this vehicle as a loner vehicle prior to me purchasing. The car was serviced 4 times before my purchase date by Audi Dominion. According to the Carfax, my car was purchased, serviced, and sold as a certified pre-owner Audi on 10/31/18. I purchased my vehicle on 10/30/18. Please help, I’m scared to drive my vehicle. I’m on the 3rd fuel pump and Audi Q5 is only a 2016. I finally received a call back from Josh H, after emailing him requesting Audi manufacturer buy back my vehicle and he said, No.He said I’m obligated to pay the $720 for the Oxy Sensor which was not even the original solution to my check Engine light, and I have 10 days to pick my car up before they charge a $50 dollar storage fee. He did not even APOLOGIZE!!! I have left Rick Cavendar, but from the looks he won’t be returning my phone call.Audi Dominion does not even have an invoice for the services they provided on 10/31/18—probably because they are not being transparent about false certification of their Pre-Owned Vehicle. I seen several reviews with similar scenarios, we can’t all be making up the same bad EXPERIENCE!I’m calling Audi Financial to tell them about this dealership and the customer service experience, I am sure they will not be pleased about their banking relationship with Audi Dominion and sales of Lemon. I’m sure they will not want me to lapse on my loan, or drive a unsafe vehicle due to the lack of transparency at Audi Dominion. More
