On our first trip, they had us walking up and down the parking garage and the back lot to find Q3’s when they didn’t even have any. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and returned when the salesman said they got some in the next day. When we showed up, they hadn’t even received any and got us to check out the Q5’s. We decided against them, but they offered to get us into a Q5 cheaper than the Q3. After they haces us a total we declined and the Team leader came to try to talk us into it. The Team Leader, David Martinez, he was extremely pushy and when we declined his “deal” he said the manager, Robert Barnes, “only offered you such a low number because we knew you wouldn’t go through with the purchase.” He was so arrogant and rude. We immediately left the dealership and the next morning went to Volvo and purchased a car more expensive than the “deal” we turned down. You can’t put a price on good customer service! More
