As they showed me three new cars (after they tried to push first their used inventory, wasting 2h of my time), my neighbor showed up with her son. They told her that new cars of the same model would arrive until next year (this happened in April). But that was simply not true... there were plenty of these new models at the time. Perhaps the fact that she is of Chinese origin changed how they treated her? Why did they lie to her? WHY? So xxxxxx blatant. This left an awful taste. On top of that, they tried to overcharge me $5K. Do they think that customers have no access to smart phones as they make them wait forever? I went to Audi North Park and found what I wanted at a fair price. More

Purchased a 2022 SQ8 and traded in a 2021 Q8 from these guys recently. If there was another dealer that had an SQ8 we definitely would not have gone forward with the deal with Audi Dominion. Unfortunately, because SQ8's are so rare and especially in the packaging we wanted we had to go forward with the deal, but they definitely don't have a repeat customer after this sale. ZERO customer service and NO honesty during our deal. We got a chance to experience the horrible customer service of several people at Audi Dominion. Anthony Garcia (New car director) he was a nightmare! Extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon as we arrived, we kept asking them for their valuation on our Q8 as soon as we arrived. We did not get any sort of number for our trade in until 2-3 hours after we arrived. They low-balled us for a 2021 Q8 Prestige that had all packages available (Sport package, S-line Plus, S-line style, Black rings, etc.). They unnecessarily made us wait 2-3 hours for a trade in valuation when we were one of the only customers there (I can see why they were so slow). Before we left our home which is 4 hours from Audi Dominion we spoke with the manager, and he insisted they will work with us on the trade-in, and it will be reflective of KBB and BlackBook. We actually had our own appraisal done by CarMax as well. We showed them the KBB, Blackbook, and our CarMax. They would not budge on their low-ball offer and each manager and salesman that would come discuss with us would give a different reason as to why the trade in number is so low. They cannot even be consistent amongst themselves about their deceptive practices. We did not even want much, we simply wanted the REASONABLE & FAIR MARKET VALUE for this unique vehicle. It’s a shame these guys cannot even be reasonable in their trade in. It understandable to be off a couple thousand but to be off in double digits from CarMax, KBB, and BlackBook that just shows how these guys do business. We waited roughly 5-6 months for this vehicle to arrive. We drove 4 hours to pick-up this vehicle and trade-in a Q8 with identical packages. Once we arrived at the dealer at our PRE-SCHEDULED time, we still had to wait for Torrey McCloud to attend to us. We just did not see how this was right for someone who has already disclosed they are driving 4 hours for this deal and to please have everything ready. This was not a major concern for us, but a lack of customer care and compassion was definitely present. Their tactic of low-balling on trades and offering inaccurate trade-in values can be corroborated by other reviews on google. I simply want to make it aware of the tactics of the dealer as they will not give you an accurate value for your trade in. It was not about getting a "good" number for trade in, we simply were asking for an ACCURATE TRADE IN and these guys at Audi Dominion could not even do that. Additionally, I wanted to address the condition of the trade-in before the dealer replies to this claiming condition was not good. It was in excellent condition, no dings, no scratches, never been smoking in, no accidents, and only 16k miles. There was a small chip on the passenger side of the windshield, which even their finance guy stated that passenger side chips are repairable and that generally that is what dealers will do. A word of advice for anyone who chooses to do business with Audi Dominion: BEWARE!! They will low-ball your trade-in and insist you come to the dealer, and they will work with you on the trade-in but once you arrive things will change. More
I've purchased 2 vehicles through this dealership since 2013. Their service department has continually gone down hill and my last service was the last straw. I would be paying cash for the repair as my warranty had just ran out. After the evaluation and ordering the parts they let me take my vehicle back until the parts came in. I explained to my service rep that I would need a loaner vehicle because I work long hours, have very little time off and need to run errands when I am off. My service rep promised me a vehicle and scheduled my drop-off for a time when I would be able to get a loaner. Brought my vehicle in and dropped it off. I was told it would be finished that afternoon or definitely by the morning. So I went to get my loaner vehicle and they didn't have one. They contacted Enterprise and they didn't have a car available either. This is the second time this has happened to me! Anyways, I told them this was unacceptable and that I was promised a vehicle and I wasn't leaving without one...so I waited until they figured it out and gave me a vehicle off the lot. And the communication was non-existent with my service adviser. I called around 4pm that day to get an update on my vehicle and left a message with my adviser....who never called back. I called again the following day around 10am (was promised the vehicle back by the morning), left another message with my adviser with no return call. I called again in the afternoon and left another message. So then I just called services and spoke to whatever adviser answered the phone. After about a 10 minute hold on the phone I was told my adviser was off that day and that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. So, my adviser did not inform me he would be off the following day and give me an another point of contact, he never returned my phone call from the afternoon I dropped it off and he was working and he never passed the information about my vehicle to another adviser. Absolutely unprofessional service if you ask me! This is not the first time I've had communication issues with the service department, it seems to be an ongoing trend with them. Also, promised a loaner vehicle on two different occasions which they did not have available, this is unacceptable for a dealership of their "caliber"! Fortunately for me Audi North Park is 6 miles closer! They will now get my business for servicing my vehicle and when it comes time for me to purchase a new Audi, they will get that business too. More
