Audi Danbury

I’ve ignored the last 2 emails from Audi about reviewing my experience because I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I’m not a fan of Danbury Audi. I’ll probably never use their service again in Danbu my experience because I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I’m not a fan of Danbury Audi. I’ll probably never use their service again in Danbury. I’d make the trip to another Audi location. I’m just not happy with the service or customer service I received at the Danbury location. I left several messages with the advisor on his direct line about an issue I was having with my car, no return call. I had to keep calling and leave messages. No call. Finally after about a week, I called the general service number and left a message with them to have him call, so that’s when he finally called me back, but he sounded like I was bothering him. Nice way to treat customers. More

Incredible service I ironically used DealerRate to find a highly rated dealership near my area. This was Danbury of CT. I worked with Gabe Henriques(Service Advisor). He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had my DSG service completed by Matt Rausser (technician). I appreciated the video re-cap that Audi is now doing at the end of the service by the technician, as this is reassuring and just cool to see. I would highly recommend going to Audi of Danbury to get any service you need done. (Don’t forget the Danbury mall is very close for those who would like to hang out in the meantime, great location!)
