He took the time to assist me with the poor customer service of my insurance company to get the vehicle insured. He took the time and went out of his way to show me choices to be sure I choose what was right for me. Even when the car I wanted wasn’t in stock. On a Friday, the car I wanted was not in stock, but Jonathan told me he would work to get it here on Wed. for delivery. Jonathan called me Monday to say the car was at the dealership and ready delivery! Everyone at Danbury Audi that was involved in the process was very helpful, friendly, and yet professional from Jonathan my salesperson to Jeff the business manager.
