Prior to the discovery of the VW Audi criminal fraud cas I purchased a highly polluting A3 TDI from Audi of Danbury through fraudulent representation. Prior to the discovery of the VW Audi criminal fraud case, I had taken the car into the dealer for service. On one occasion there was a recall to some part of the fuel system [ironic] and when they finished the work they left a fuel hose disconnected- the hose sprayed fuel through out the engine compartment and all over my driveway. On another instance i took the car in because the AC wasn't working and was told that there was a "defective" climate control module. Despite the fact that 2 dealers told me that there was a defect in the part they refused to stand behind the car. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was told that he would not speak to me. They were more than happy to speak with me when selling me the car. Needless to say i found a non-dealer shop for service - more professional and much cheaper. More

As others have noted, she delivered a very competitive price immediately so there was none of that typical volleying of prices that you encounter with most auto dealerships. The pick-up of our A6 was very easy and we left the agency in under an hour. This was totally due to the organization of Janet and of James Skarzenski. I built out my desired specs online and requested a quote via the Audi website on a Wednesday night. First thing Thursday morning, Janet called to confirm some of the specs I laid out. Within 30 minutes, she called back with 2 viable options on vehicles and incredibly fair prices for both. She was almost spot-on where I wanted to land negotiating-wise ... and this was right out of the gate. Met her at the dealership on Saturday, and we had a bill of sale signed and down payment done in less than an hour. By far, the quickest and *easiest* automobile purchase in my lifetime. As this was a vehicle that needed to be sourced from another dealer, Janet was extremely diligent and communicative over the course of the following week coordinating its delivery. Pick-up was simple and easy - Janet's preparation and walk-through of the vehicle was outstanding, and she and James had all of the paperwork for me to sign ready to go.
