I brought my car in on Thursday of last week for a software recall, and for concerns I had about my tires, my tire pressure monitor kept going off, and one tire happened specifically lower than the ot software recall, and for concerns I had about my tires, my tire pressure monitor kept going off, and one tire happened specifically lower than the others, I wasn’t sure there was nothing wrong with my tires after leaving the dealership picking up my car the tire pressure monitor went off again, I ended up having to take my car to a local shop by my house and my tire that I pointed out to a service advisor had a nail in it which was the reason my tire pressure monitor kept going off. I was annoyed that I had to leave my car overnight for the software recall, I asked twice if there would be an available loaner and was told no, when I was picked up from the dealership there were 4-5 loaners in the lot. I felt not only inconvenienced, and annoyed. Had there not been a recall I would not have taken my car to the dealership. From now on I will take my car to a dealership further from my home as clearly my business is not appreciated here. More
