I come back to Coral Springs Audi because of Steve Meyer and the service department. I drive 35k miles a year and I need to make sure that my car is in top condition. When ever I go in to the location, the entire staff from the guy outside who greats you with a smile and a hello all the way to the service people. My rep there is Steve and he is great. When he is not there, the other guys always step up as well to make sure my car is taken care of and my experience is as great as if Steve was there. When I bought my first car I was introduced to Steve as my service rep. After my lease was up, it was Steve that made me continue into my second lease there. You meet with sales guy for a few hours, get a car but then you never need him again. It is Steve that keeps me there!! More

I am the proud owner of my second Audi, and have been quite impressed with the "White Glove", "VIP", "Red Carpet" service experience at Audi Coral Springs. There were 2 unusual problems which were unable quite impressed with the "White Glove", "VIP", "Red Carpet" service experience at Audi Coral Springs. There were 2 unusual problems which were unable to be identified and remedied by 2 other local Audi Dealers. James Edmonds went above and beyond to provide me personal service, and with the help of their Senior Technician, my Audi is back to working perfect as new. In all my experience owning high line luxury cars (+10), Audi Coral Springs sets the benchmark for best in class dealership experience. More
Although my Audi A8 was bought at the Audi Coral Springs, I live on Miami Beach and therefore was looking into an Audi service dept. closer to home to begin a relationship with. It was thru an email about my warranty that I spoke with the Coral Springs Internet Manager Gino Walsh. To my delight he won me over to his service dept. by rolling out the red carpet! He explained with enthusiasm that my Audi A8 purchase entitled me to a FIRST CLASS CONCIERGE SERVICE. And boy did I get it! My (amazing) side assist system had failed and I wanted it repaired. Gino suggested and arranged for my car to be picked up at my home and a courtesy A6 brought over... via FLATBED. Incredible! Then Luan, the Service Manager personally took down the notes on what to check on the car, like the gas tank flip door, giving me a problem. Steve, the Service Advisor then called to say the job was done and they had even reconditioned my wheels in a complimentary program. WOW! All in all, it was a remarkable team that unfolded this "Flagship" program in my first experience servicing my A8. I can't wait for the 5,000 mile check...!!! I am impressed and grateful. Obviously Coral Springs Audi went the extra extra miles for me! More
The service department here is the absolute worst! Boy we got a real awakening visiting the Coral Springs service department. First Dave a service rep LIED to us an never called us back (which he said he would) to give us a quote on how much it would cost to replace our accessory belt on our '07 A4. Then when we showed up at the dealer he LIED again an said he "did call back and left a voice mail". Then when we asked him again on the cost to replace the belt, he turned to this sleazy looking service rep and he then began to tell us that the squeaking was the timing belt not the accessory belt. This is without even seeing the vehicle. I know for a fact he was trying to SCAM us because, our dealer in Maine told us it was the accessory belt and we had some time to change it, that is why we waited till we made the move to Florida to have it done. Never the less we left there without even getting the answer to our original question on how much to change the accessory belt. You would think this dealership (which looks like it should be the corporate office) would be more honest to their customers, because it doesn't look like their are hurting for money. We almost have the right mind to drive the 1500 miles back to Maine to have HONEST work done on our vehicle. SHAME ON YOU CORAL SPRINGS AUDI! I bet if this was your own mother coming in for service you wouldn't try to scam her. More
I took my car in to be serviced and they INTENTIONALLY unplugged my A/C and said that I need to replace a $3000 part to fix. When I go to another place to see if it true they just plugged it back in and i unplugged my A/C and said that I need to replace a $3000 part to fix. When I went back to Coral Springs Audi the Shop Manager Luan admits to LYING about the broken part to get extra money!!! If you have respect for yourself or your wallet NEVER DEAL WITH CORAL SPRINGS AUDI!!!! More
