Eric Rutherford is always going above and beyond to make my Audi Service experience a pleasant one. And he even had my car washed for me ;) While I was leaving, Neil Amborsio. (AKA Mr. Technology ) and Larry Stein graciously and with much patience helped me set up voice activated hands free. My service appointment at Audi Coral Springs this past week was great, in fact, probably the best that I have had from any dealership. I was there for the 5000 mile service, and installation of mud guards week was great, in fact, probably the best that I have had from any dealership. I was there for the 5000 mile service, and installation of mud guards, on my 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet. (I love the car.) I was promptly greeted by a young man in the service drive who called my attention to the video monitor above showing a welcoming message. Once inside, I met my service advisor, James Edmonds, who thoroughly explained the aspects of the appointment, cost, wait time, etc. I found James is very knowledgeable, and friendly, the epitome of what a customer service person should be. He showed me to the lounge where I was able to get some work done using my computer and the WiFi link. James also informed on the progress of the service so that I had an accurate idea of what to expect, time wise. When the work was completed, he went over the paperwork with me, pointing out what was done, and the charges involved, which I thought were very reasonable. James also reminded me of the next service, due at 15,000 miles. After that, the ladies behind the counter where you pay your bill, were also helpful and friendly, as we completed the process. I was also impressed by the clean condition of the car when I went to leave. It looked just as good as the ones in the showroom. Overall, a great experience that I have recommended to others. Steve Meyer did a great job keeping us in the communication chain. He called us at least once daily to keep us updated on the progress of the work. This was my second service visit to Audi for my 2012 A5. First, I love my car. Second, its very important to me to have a service representative that understands my needs, concerns, takes time with me and First, I love my car. My recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Steve was courteous, efficient & listened to my questions. He answered them in a way I could understand the mechanics of the reason for one of the items that was to be part of my service. My entire experience was a pleasure. I took myself to the cafe, had a cup of coffee and waited for my car. From the minute I entered the service dept. to the time I left, one of the things that really struck me was how quiet the entire building was. The showroom had sales people at their desks, people were looking at cars, the service department was busy working..but all with such a quiet tone! Wow, how does that happen? All in all, a great experience. More

I purchased my 2012 Audi A8 and several other Audi's over the past years and have been Audi Coral Springs "service" customer for over 22 years of this dealership although ownership has changed and servi over the past years and have been Audi Coral Springs "service" customer for over 22 years of this dealership although ownership has changed and service was always good, it is much better now and big reason for this has been my Service advisor Steve Meyers. Steve has always been available if I had any questions or concerns with my vehicle and did a great job of advising me on what was best for my Audi. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is well taken care of while there. I have had a great experience in the ACS service department working with Steve and the others to include the greeters and cashiers. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at ACS. More
