This was my second service visit to Audi for my 2012 A5. First, I love my car. Second, its very important to me to have a service representative that understands my needs, concerns, takes time with me and First, I love my car. My recent service appointment exceeded my expectations. Steve was courteous, efficient & listened to my questions. He answered them in a way I could understand the mechanics of the reason for one of the items that was to be part of my service. My entire experience was a pleasure. I took myself to the cafe, had a cup of coffee and waited for my car. From the minute I entered the service dept. to the time I left, one of the things that really struck me was how quiet the entire building was. The showroom had sales people at their desks, people were looking at cars, the service department was busy working..but all with such a quiet tone! Wow, how does that happen? All in all, a great experience. More

The service at Audi Coral Springs is above and beyond any other Service Dept. I have ever been to. After owning 11 Mercedes in my life time, I decided to try Audi after reading so much about the Q7 . Steve has always been available if I had any questions or concerns with my vehicle and did a great job of advising me on what was best for my Audi. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is well taken care of while there. I have had a great experience in the ACS service department working with Steve and the others to include the greeters and cashiers. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at ACS. More
