I made an appointment on my return to FLorida after spending the summer 'up north'. Steve Meyer is my service advisor. Steve is professional, friendly and efficient. I happen to have low mileage on my TT and want to keep it so met with Rance Williams on a warranty extension. (I had spoken with him in the spring but he said my warranty didn't run out till December so we could look at options in the fall. As promised, Rance reviewed several options and helped me select the one best suited to my needs. Since the work was going to take over 2 hours Steve arranged for me to get a loaner car (no charge). The two ladies at reception/cashier station were professional, courteous and had me on my way in a loaner car very quickly. I received a call when the car was ready and returned. In addition to great service, my car was all washed and cleaned inside. Perfect! I live on the ocean but it is worth it to me to drive to Audi Coral Springs. They have a wonderful professional team.
