I came in for my 25K mile service. My service rep, Steve Meyer, greeted me immediately as he always does. I also needed tires and he gave me a competitive price to other tire shops. I received a loaner for the time it would take for my car to be completed. I have been a customer of Audi Coral Springs for many years. I have purchased and leased vehicles from this dealership. Steve has been my service rep for almost 10 years. His service, knowledge and professionalism is one of the main reasons I continue to go to Audi of Coral Springs for all my car needs. As a female professional in the finance world, I do not have a huge amount of knowledge about cars. That is why I trust Audi of Coral Springs. They always do the right thing for the customer. More
Where do I begin. Owning the Audi A8 has been a true experience and an honor to drive one of the best luxury sedans in the world. What makes ownership so special is the staff that represents the dealers experience and an honor to drive one of the best luxury sedans in the world. What makes ownership so special is the staff that represents the dealership. Arriving at the service entrance reminds me of coming home. Everyone knows me by name and expects to see me weekly for my carwash. But this last experience was so special to me because I had some major tire problems and Eric, Jesse and Jesus "saved the day!" I was told to put my trust in them to find the problem, I left with a loaner and was told to relax and wait to hear from them. Well, sure enough I was contacted, was told what the problem was and that Audi would take care of everything. I was speechless. Why? Because I have owned 4 Mercedes E-Class sedans and I have never experienced the efficient handling in customer care that Audi displayed. I was relieved and thankful that the problem was solved and a solution was found. I am constantly talking about Audi of Coral Springs to my friends and colleagues. I plan to be a proud customer for many years to come. I am pleased with my car, my sales advisor Neil A., and the service department. Again, I thank you for helping me with my recent service problem and with the new tires. The car rides and drives like a "dream." I will see you guys on Saturday for my weekly carwash! More
THIS DEALERSHIP HAS A SERVICE CHARGE FOR USING THEIR AREA WHILE YOUR CAR IS BEING SERVICED. LOL OVERALL, YOUR ARE PAYING FOR THEIR COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE AND WI-FI ALSO. WENT IN TO HAVE ONE LIGHT OVER LIC WHILE YOUR CAR IS BEING SERVICED. LOL OVERALL, YOUR ARE PAYING FOR THEIR COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE AND WI-FI ALSO. WENT IN TO HAVE ONE LIGHT OVER LICENSE PLATE ASSEMBLY DONE, THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED BOTH LIGHTS DONE .......HELLO -MY TECH ALREADY CHECKED THE OTHER LIGHT AND IT WAS FINE. THEY ALSO OVERCHARGED ME ON THE ITEM- WHEN I HAD INVESTIGATED THE COST FROM THEIR OWN PARTS DEPT QUOTE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME - BE CAREFUL WITH THESE DEALERSHIP SERVICE AREAS............IT'S ALL ABOUT WHAT SERVICE THEY CAN SELL YOU.......... In 2011 I bought a new Audi S4 and since then have been dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the year dealing with James for all of my service. He has been a pleasure to work with for the last two years. I have had a few minor issues over the years with some annoying rattles and James is quick to try and fix them. Also Jesse, who is the shop foreman has been wonderful. He spent a ton of time riding around with me to see if we could replicate some of the noises. This dealership is an A+ and the service department has been better than any other I have encountered. James has been my service advisor for 10 years. I have owned 2 Audi's during that time. James is honest and upfront with the repairs / services needed. James Edmonds is a very professional person to work with and he is always able to ensure I have a loaner, even at the last minute. Jesse is the shop foreman and he is very courteous Now for the bad. The dealership as far as new sales go is not competetive. I have had 3 AUDI's, have alway tried this dealership first because they are close but no luck. I have dealt with Steve Bogar, who is one of the most gracious and friendliest salesman I have ever worked with. I tried working with Steve for 6-8 months on ordering an A8. I guess the owner or manager was not willing to deal. AUDI Coral Springs has a sister shop under the same ownership (AUDI LightHousePoint) on the east side of town. I (reluctantly) tried them too. They claimed they were going sell me a 2013 A8 at Invoice plus $500 but they tried to low ball me on my trade. I ended up purchasing a 2013 A8 for Invoice, plus, I received $2200 more for my Lexus. Recently, AUDI Coral springs gave me a little grief about an S4 wheel issue. It was awkward. They said they were going to fix it but then they withdrew the offer when, a split sec later, they asked me if I bought the car there and I said no (its not like I havent tried to buy AUDI's there!). Then, after my reaction: 'Hey wait, I am AUDI Owner, that shouldnt matter' they put the offer back on the table. But the initial unwillingness due to the fact I didnt buy the car there didnt sit well. I have heard of a few of these 'Sorry, you didnt buy the car here' stories like this but this is the 1st have ever experienced it. It makes me think on where I should be servicing my 2011 S4 and my new 2013 A8. On the other hand, AUDI Coral Springs has given me loaners during my S4 problems so I will give them credit More
