Expensive, Expensive… I brought the car in for a standard service and ended up with an $8,000 bill. Nothing was wrong when I went in. In fact, it was $1,300 for the front brakes, $1,800 for the rear, and ano service and ended up with an $8,000 bill. Nothing was wrong when I went in. In fact, it was $1,300 for the front brakes, $1,800 for the rear, and another $1,000 for the service. Then, I get home and the next day I have a coolant system leak. Another $3,300. Makes me think you sabotaged the car. Oh, and the tire recommendation for $1,200, i did not do. More

Steve was great! My car had a malfunction and had to be towed in. Communication was great throughout. Upgraded the MMI which lost my settings - key user disappeared and I could only log in as a guest. I called and asked the reception to connect me to a service agent and she said they were all busy an disappeared and I could only log in as a guest. I called and asked the reception to connect me to a service agent and she said they were all busy and they would have to call me back. Never head from anyone for a full work day. I finally had to drive over there - the svc agent said we don't do that - drive out front and ask them for someone to fix this A nice fellow worked on it for 25 minutes trying to change the pin did not work (which I had tried at home unsuccessfully many times). Finally he completely initialized the user (from the vin #). I am giving a very poor rating as when I have to spend over an hour (travel time) for service and then another hour to return because something is messed up I am not a happy camper. More
