I can always count on Steven for the utmost professionalism and speedy service. They are always finished when they say they'll be finished. And the work has been flawless. I can't say the same of another dealership in my area. There...what could go wrong did go wrong. In Steven's case, it's the opposite...everything goes right. I feel I'm getting the straight deal when working with Steven Meyer. In fact, I think he is so good that he should teach area dealerships the right way to do things. More
First service on my s8 I took my Audi to this dealer for the 5000 mile service. When I dropped the car off at 845am, they processed me in within a few minutes. I then asked if I could get a ride home vs waiting and they were quick to assign Derek. He drove me back right away. When he dropped me off I asked if he could pick me up within the next couple of hours. I work from home so I quickly became engrossed in a project. Next thing you know, Derek was there, ready to take me back to the dealership. No call needed. When we arrived back at the dealer the car was ready and parked right near the svc desk. i was promptly processed out and gone within a few minutes. Audi of Coral Springs made this entire experience effortless! Great team! More

Prompt, efficient service, backed up with a friendly, can-do attitude - and Larry always remembers my name. It's not just a hassle-free experience, I actually look forward to coming to Coral Springs. I have always been happy with the Audi reps. However, I have on two occasions had to go to your authorized body shops and the experience has been very unsatisfactory each time. The most recent visit was mainly due to a paint issue covered by warranty. Since the car was at the body shop I decided to have some additional dings addressed. What was originally supposed to be in Monday out by Wednesday ended up being a week longer. As far as I can tell the work was fine but I will not buy another Audi simply because of the lack of dealership support for body work, You authorized body shops do not hold themselves to the same standard that you hold yourselves to. Car came back clean, but windows were not cleaned properly. You cannot properly clean a window with a wet towel. My car windows were actually cleaner when I brought in the car.
