Best Customer Service by Audi Several weeks ago I took my Audi to a different local Audi dealership for service. Upon my inital experience I thought they did a good job however aft Several weeks ago I took my Audi to a different local Audi dealership for service. Upon my inital experience I thought they did a good job however after several days/weeks I realized they were not honest and the experience was not what it had initally seemed. I had a wonderful experience with Steve and the service department at Audi of Coral Springs. He was able to quickly identify what the issue was and had it repaired and I was back on the road in less than two hours. Caral Springs Audi is much farther than the other local dealership but well worth the drive for their customer service and honesty. Thank you! More

Up until I met my wife, the only time I'd visit a dealership was to buy parts that I'd install myself. Since then, however, I've been a frequent flier at several dealership service areas, helping her to get several high end vehicles sorted out. At Braman BMW, we would literally never have the same service writer twice, and whatever one we got failed consistently to listen to what we wanted addressed. At Porsche, I took the car in three times for the same basic issue that they never succeeded in fixing, primarily because they never test drove it after making an attempt at doing so. Thank God those nightmares are over. We were randomly assigned to James with our first Audi, a 2004 Allroad. We received stellar service from James, and as a result have followed him to his second home at Audi Coral Springs, where he has been our service writer for a 2007 Q7 and my current 2013 S4. Given that I'm quite interested in the details of any service, James is always happy to explain the engineering aspects of what's being done and why. This week, I went in for a normal service and mentioned to James that I had heard an odd noise in the front suspension. He responded by getting the service manager, Jesse, to take a test drive with me within minutes. Jesse confirmed my suspicions, and James was able to order the needed fix. In addition, he always remembers the most minute detail I mention as the appointment is being booked (squeaky sunroof rail, visor clip broken, etc...), which I can guarantee is not the norm around South Florida. Service, work and experience at Audi Coral Springs I recently visited Audi Coral Springs for the first time. I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Audi TT and wanted to have the oil changed. I scheduled the app I recently visited Audi Coral Springs for the first time. I purchased a pre-owned 2009 Audi TT and wanted to have the oil changed. I scheduled the appointment online -- and I got the time and date I needed easily. As soon as I arrived someone was standing outside my door near the service area bay and led me inside. Without waiting I was checked in, handed my keys off and had a few questions answered. I explained that I had bought the car and was still "getting to know it" -- the Audi CS employee was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I sat in the "Quattro Cafe" for about 15 minutes before someone came over to let me know my car was done. The same employee I spoke to earlier explained the car was in fine running order, discussed future service, etc. I was disappointed that I had forgotten a coupon from the dealership's website that would've saved me $30 -- because the price was higher than I was used to paying for an oil change. The trade-off is knowing my TT was in an Audi dealer's hands and no corners would be cut as far service and quality (parts included). But, still, it was high. Will I go back? Definitely. But, I cringe to think how much it will cost, especially if the car needs more than just a routine oil change. Excellent facilities, extremely clean and every single person I met smiled, was courteous and helpful. Best and quickest experience I've ever had for an oil change. Two thumbs up. More
