An awesome dealer experience for an amazing car. I have purchased two cares from Audi Coral Springs. The first a new 2010 A5. After 4 years and 50K miles, i traded up to a S5. I had some issues with the S5's top recently and the team at Audi Coral Springs jumped through hoops to get it taken care of quickly and the car looks like new. The few times I've had to bring one of my 2 Audi's in for service, Ja Its always a pleasure to deal with James Edmonds in the Audi service department. The few times I've had to bring one of my 2 Audi's in for service, James has always been most helpful. He's explained the sophisticated electronic systems on my car. Not only did he facilitate a speedy repair, but helped my understand what was happening, most recently concerning the tire pressure monitor. I don't mind driving the extra distance to Audi Coral Springs (from Palm Beach) because I know I will be well received and the car will be properly attended to. While waiting for service to be completed, Tony D'Argenzio always finds time to chat about new Audi models and features and the competition. I'm looking forward to seeing Tony next year to order a new A8. More

He manages the check in procedure in a very friendly and professionally manner, and it is usually only minutes from dropping of my car to leaving the dealership with a free loaner. During the day Steve keeps me updated on the progress and/or checks back with suggestions or repair requirements - so no surprises - ever!
