As usual - perfect Came in for my 25K service. But I had been hearing a strange sound - almost undetectable - at high speeds. Expected that I might be imagining it. Came in for my 25K service. But Steve Meyer (my usual Service Rep) insisted that I road test the car with (I'm not going to remember the gentleman's name, but I think the head of your Service Group) - so we did. He drove. We went fast, we went slow, we accelerated, we decelerated. We went on local streets, we went on the Highway. I was told that he suspected it was a bearing...not at all my imagination. So, it was taken care of - just like that. Too bad my doctor is not so patient and caring - my car gets better care than I do... As usual, this team is flawless... Thanks More

By the next day, after driving under the speed limit all the way to Coral Springs on 441 I arrived all stressed out. Steve, with his usual friendly greeting told me to go have a cup of coffee and relax. He had already ordered my particular tire and had it sent over in short order. He checked out my car and soon had me on my way. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about everything and I know that I can always trust him and the service at this location. More

To avoid being greeted by a flat tire at the Park N Fly thre I recently developed a tire pressure warning the evening before an important trip abroad. To avoid being greeted by a flat tire at the Park N Fly three days later, I tried changing the tire myself only to find that the affected tire was stuck and would not release from the hub. Not wanting to damage anything and with little time to spare, I decided to go directly to my dealership to see if I could get the issue resolved quickly. I didn’t have an appointment and literally just showed up later that evening. Fortunately James and his team took me right away, diagnosed and resolved the issue.
