Great experience for my first Audi service. I brought my Audi A4 in for the 5000 mile service. I was quickly met by a service advisor. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be. Excellent customer service I brought my Audi S5 in for its 15,000 mile service yesterday and could only describe my experience at the dealership as being OUTSTANDING. To avoid t I brought my Audi S5 in for its 15,000 mile service yesterday and could only describe my experience at the dealership as being OUTSTANDING. To avoid the wait while my car was being serviced, I was provided with a courtesy car (which was ready to drive away within 5 mins). I was given expert advice on the various Audi warranty packages available (without the hard sell) and recommended the best option to suit my requirements. My overall experience yesterday reminded me why my family and I choose Audi. Keep it up. More
A wonderful, reliable, honest and efficient dealership. I recently had a recall on my S4. I called and was greated promptly, made an appointment for service and was ready to have to wait forever to get work I recently had a recall on my S4. I called and was greated promptly, made an appointment for service and was ready to have to wait forever to get work down. That was not the case! James in service greeted me promptly. He said recall was goingi to take under an hour but he noticed that my car was going to need service in a couple of months. I travel almost an hour to get to this dealership because they have been so wonderful to lease my cars from and didn't really want to have to drive back down to Coral Springs again so I said to go ahead and do the service. I was out of the dealership in under an hour with all service completed. This is a wonderful dealership to work with! They are worth the hour drive to get to them. I look forward to doing business with them in thefuture. More

James Edmonds has been my most excellent service advisor EVER. It's an easy entrance now that it's computerized. The loaner cars and accounting staff are great. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Audis, which handle and drive superbly, especially with Quattro. Make sure you ask for James as your service advisor! PS Still waiting for a US A6 Avant wagon, Audi of America! More

Not only did they fix my car but it was detailed inside and out. My definition of quick.... Well, i had my two little girls with me, 4 and 5. They wrecked tony's desk and tore Geno's office up..just kidding. The girls enjoyed the staff and tried selling cars to me, before long. Everyone on the staff is very courteous and follow my main rule, treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you John More
