Issue fixed quickly and correctly Brought my A3 in to repair headlight leveling mechanism. I was greeted promptly and was quickly provided an estimate for the repair. I waited in the comfortable lounge for an hour while the problem was addressed. I was provided a bottle of water (coffee was available but, I dont drink it) and was on my way with the headlights fixed in a total of about 90 mins. Overall good experience. More
Resolution of an issue I brought my car in because my front light had some moisture damage, I had brought to an Audi dealer in NY but they did not resolve the issue. My 25k service notification was showing up on my instrument panel and wanted to ask if they could shut it off since I still had some time before my service was due. Since I did not have an appointment, I had not even thought about getting the service. I was greeted by Brendan Smith, he explained that I did not need the service at that point in time but would accommodate me if I chose to do so. He provided me with some additional services and checked my treads. I did have the service performed, but when I declined some of the additional services, there was no pressure. Brendan was professional, courteous and did what it took to get the job done right. More
