Never Disappointed I typically work with James Edmonds which is always a pleasure to work with however my recent service, I worked with a new assistant service manager. Need to get this young man some business cards so I can be sure to call out his name. As always, greeted with a friendly smile, very thorough regarding the work to be done and how long it would take. Although the car was not in for brake service this young man called to let me know the brakes required maintenance. Looking out for my best interest. Lastly, service was completed quicker than originally told and car was nice and clean. I like that! More

Recent service Recently went in for 5k mile service and to have a tire replaced. I sat and waited for my car to be serviced. The dealership waitng area is comfortable and there is hot coffee available too. This is the third vehicle I have leased from Audi Coral Springs. I keep going back because I am treated well there.
